The Supreme Council of National Resistance for the Salvation of Afghanistan strongly condemns the military action by the United States and the Israeli regime against our neighboring country, the Islamic Republic of Iran. Such provocative and violent actions not only constitute a clear violation of the fundamental principles of international law and the national sovereignty of states, but also represent a serious threat to peace, stability, and security in the region and the world.
Through their confrontational and aggressive approach, the United States and the Israeli regime are effectively standing against peace, stability, and tranquility in the region. Resorting to force and expanding the scope of conflict in a region already facing multiple crises could bring dangerous and irreversible consequences for the people of the region. We call upon the international community and international institutions to adopt a responsible and decisive position in response to such actions and to make every effort to prevent further escalation of tensions.
The Supreme Council of National Resistance calls on the parties involved to exercise restraint, wisdom, understanding, and cooperation. At the same time, it urges all sides to adhere to the fundamental principles of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and diplomatic solutions, and to refrain from actions that would increase tension and instability. Protecting civilian lives, respecting the sovereignty of states, and seeking to resolve disputes through negotiation and diplomacy are the only paths to achieving lasting peace and stability.
