The Supreme National Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan strongly condemns Israel’s military attack on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, considering it a blatant violation of international laws, fundamental principles of international law, and the Charter of the United Nations. The Council expresses its deep outrage over this inhumane act.
Israel’s aggressive action against the Islamic Republic of Iran has resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of Iranian civilians, military officials, and scientists. The Supreme National Resistance Council expresses its condolences and sympathy to the people and government of the friendly and brotherly country of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and prays to Almighty God for paradise (Jannat al-Firdaws) for the martyrs of this cowardly attack, complete and speedy recovery for the wounded, and patience and strength for the grieving families affected by this blatant aggression.
While the Supreme National Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan considers respect for the territorial integrity of countries and peaceful resolution of disputes through dialogue as fundamental principles, it calls on the international community, the United Nations Security Council, and other responsible institutions not to remain indifferent to global events—especially in the Middle East—and to take firm positions to prevent the continuation of such illegal and inhumane attacks, as well as to stop the escalation of war and the collapse of the international order.
