The National Solidarity Movements welcome the announcement of a ceasefire between the Islamic Republic of Iran, the United States of America, and the Israeli regime. They consider this step a positive and encouraging move toward reducing regional and international tensions, and view it as a valuable opportunity to strengthen peace, stability, and mutual understanding among nations and governments. This ceasefire is not only beneficial for the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, but also advantageous for Islamic countries and neighboring brotherly states in the region, and can serve as a foundation for enhancing regional stability, security, and cooperation.
We believe that war and conflict not only fail to provide a lasting solution to disputes, but also result in human casualties, destruction of infrastructure, intensification of economic crises, and the spread of insecurity at both regional and global levels. Historical experience has shown that no nation or government has truly benefited from war, and that peace is the only rational and sustainable path to securing the legitimate interests of countries and the well-being of their peoples.
In this regard, we call on all parties involved to exercise restraint, adhere to the principles of international law, respect the national sovereignty of countries, and continue constructive dialogue in order to strengthen the path of peace and engagement and to prevent a return to tension and conflict. The National Solidarity Movements also emphasize the necessity of ensuring lasting peace in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the countries of the region, considering its realization a fundamental prerequisite for regional stability, security, and sustainable development. They also commend and appreciate the restraint shown by regional countries, which has helped prevent further escalation of war and destruction.
The National Solidarity Movements further express appreciation for the efforts and diplomatic role of the governments of Pakistan, Turkey, and Egypt in reducing tensions, facilitating dialogue, and supporting peaceful processes in the region. They consider such constructive initiatives valuable and commendable for strengthening stability and mutual understanding among countries in the region. These countries, by adopting responsible approaches and active diplomacy, have played an important role in reducing tensions and creating a suitable environment for dialogue and understanding.
Furthermore, the National Solidarity Movements welcome the presence of the people of Iran in supporting their country’s infrastructure, vital facilities, and national interests, viewing it as a manifestation of national responsibility and public solidarity in difficult circumstances. Maintaining internal stability, protecting infrastructure, and preventing the expansion of the crisis are important steps toward strengthening regional and global security.
In conclusion, the National Solidarity Movements, emphasizing the shared responsibility of the international community to preserve international peace and stability, call on international organizations, regional countries, and all influential global actors to adopt responsible approaches, strengthen constructive diplomacy, and support peace-oriented initiatives in order to consolidate this process and prevent any escalation of tensions and crises, and to continue their coordinated and effective efforts in the region and Afghanistan.
